The members of the board are eminent Nigerians who are in themselves operating in Finance, Shipping, Banking and General Business. They all stand in good stead to create substantial favourable opportunities and/or influences for the growth of the company.
Our Management Team is made up of seasoned professionals in the Insurance Industry with several years of experience and training.
MRS. OLAYINKA OLADUNJOYE, B.A. M.A.(History), ACII, LLB, BL
- MANAGING DIRECTOR / CEO
Mrs. Olayinka Oladunjoye is the Managing Director as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. An Historian, a Lawyer and a Chartered Insurer.
She started her career as a Public Servant working with the various Ministries of the Lagos State Government between 1987 and 1996.
Prior to joining AGIB, she was with Industrial & General Insurance Company Limited (IGI) where she rose to the position of a Branch Manager.
A brilliant scholar, she lectured at the University of Lagos while studying for her Masters programme. She is married with children.
MR. MODELE ALABA OLADAPO - HND (INSURANCE)
- Assistant General Manager
Mr. Oladapo is a graduate of Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic.
He has considerable experience in Insurance Marketing having worked with Hakash & Company (Incorporate Insurance Brokers) where he left for further studies. Afterwards, he worked with T. A. Braithwaite (Insurance Brokers) for several years where he was exposed to several facets of Insurance Marketing and Business development. A widely traveled man, Mr. Oladapo is currently writing his final CII papers. He is a Member of Nigeria Institute of Management.
MR. ADIGUN, ADELOWO - OND (Mass Comm.), B.Sc.(Bus. Admin.); MPA
- Head of Administration
Mr. Adigun is an Administrator and a Communicator.
He obtained his first and second degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration from University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos and a Diploma in Mass Communication from the Polytechnic, Ibadan. He joined AGIB team directly from school and has been exposed to various administrative exercises.
