OLADELE OLUTAYO  - DIRECTOR

Chief Oladele Olutayo (MON) is a seasoned Lawyer and administrator. He has served and still continues to serve on various Boards of many large corporate entities like Mobil Producing Unlimited. He is happily married with children.

ABIOLA AJIBOLA - DIRECTOR

Alhaji Abiola Ajibola is a man of great repute and noble birth from Abeokuta. His major interests include creative financial and organizational structuring.
He has been a Director/Promoter of various Companies in the upstream sector of the Oil and Gas Industry, assets management and Banking. He is also happily married with children.

AHMED HASSAN - DIRECTOR

A seasoned technocrat was at different times Chairman and member of a number of Federal Government Committees on various strategic national policies on Transport, Aviation etc. He sits on various Boards of Companies as Director. He has brought his wealth of experience to bear on the Company.

MR. MICHAEL OLADELE FABIYI  - Dip. Public Relations, ACIIN, ACIB, AMNIM

Mr. Michael Oladele Fabiyi is the Managing Director/CEO of African General Insurance Brokers Limited.
He started his Insurance career in 1988 with African Alliance Insurance Company Limited and he was at various times Management and Top Management staff of Adehmos Brokers, Femi Johnson & Co., Milestone Insurance Brokers, Classic Insurance Company, He was the Deputy General Manager, (Technical) of the Kwara State Government owned Gateway Insurance Company Limited before joining African General Insurance Brokers Ltd as the General Manager.
He is well versed in High-tech Risks Insurance and Management.
He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria in 1994 and was subsequently registered as an Insurance Broker by the same Institute.
Mr. Fabiyi is also an Associate member of the Nigeria Council of Registered Insurance Brokers as well as the Nigeria Institute of Management.
