GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT

This policy provides for the death or bodily injury occasioned by accident, violent, external and visible means [not natural cause(s)] sustained by the Insured persons culminating in death or permanent disability, weekly benefits up to 104 weeks and medical expenses up to an agreed limit as stated in the policy is payable.
This policy provides all round 24 hours cover for an employee whether at work or not.

Underwriting requirements: List of Staff/Employees in order of their designation or category including their Annual Total Earnings.

MANDATORY GROUP LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

This policy covers employee’s death-in-service benefits as mandated by the Pension Reforms Act 2004, that is all employers of labour of more than 5(five) staff are required to establish and maintain Group Life Assurance policy for all their employees at a minimum amount of 3 times their Annual Total Emolument defined as Basic Salary plus housing and Transport Allowances

Underwriting requirements: Name of Employee, Date of Birth, Annual Basic Salary, Annual Housing and Transport Allowances

WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION

This policy provides cover for every employers of labour for their legal liability for injuries, death or medical expenses sustained in the course of their employment in accordance with the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Decree no. 17 of 1997. This policy provides cover for the employee only during office hours as against Group Personal Accident which offers a 24 hour cover.
