PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

This policy provides compensation for claims as a result of negligence, omission or error committed in the discharge of professional services on behalf of clients by Doctors, Auditors, Accountants, Solicitors, etc. in the conduct of their business.

Underwriting requirements: The nature of trade, experience and the limit of liability required in respect of any incident.

PUBLIC/PRODUCT LIABILITY

This policy provides against legal liability to members of the public for bodily injury and damage to property arising out of and or in the course of business operations whilst in the premises or outside the premises. It also covers negligence caused by employees in the discharge of their official duties (vicarious liabilities)

Underwriting requirements: The amount of the Limit of Liability required in respect of anyone accident or series of accidents arising from a single occurrence, including estimated annual turnover.
